No Guey! is an ode to the popular Mexican street food of fresh mango sprinkled with a blend of chili peppers, lime and sea salt. This beer takes a classic American IPA and adds a dash of the classic chili pepper, lime and sea salt blend with a hefty dose of fresh mango purée, which is added post-fermentation. The end result is a hop-forward IPA bursting with tropical fruit flavor and a lingering (slightly earthy) chili spiciness.
